Established in 1997 as a family run business, Incognito provides quality, boutique costumes with an eye to accuracy and fashion. Mother and daughter costumers Robin and Kristina have created a clean, bright environment that welcomes a client to come in and browse through the costumes or scan photo album catalogues.

With designs ranging from bead encrusted ball gowns to 70's safari suits, Incognito prides itself on stocking flattering, unique costumes and meticulously accurate character replicas.

Using a range of highest quality materials including imported fabrics and braids, carefully chosen to suit our individual designs, the costumes are hand made by Robin and Kristina in our workroom adjacent to the shop. Each costume piece is a unique self-contained ensemble including all related wigs and accessories.

Cleanliness is a big part of fancy dress hire as nobody wants to wear an item that smells funny. After every hire all Incognito's clothing is dry cleaned, machine or hand-washed, our wigs are shampooed with specialized wig products and all accessories are disinfected.

By far the greatest advantage of being costumers is Robin and Kristina's ability to create, repair and maintain the garments themselves. If costumes get run down or damaged, Incognito can repair or replace them with little trouble. This means the continuous standard of quality is very high.

Incognito also offers a specialist design service. Generally restricted to Birthday Boys and Girls, if the costume you're after, adult or child, is not in stock or in the wrong size, Incognito can, time permitting, alter or custom make an outfit for you.
